Issues with svn-role [Was: svn commit: r1936225 - in subversion/branches/1.15.x: . tools/dev]

FYI there seems to have been an issue with svn-role tonight not running as
expected.

I logged in to svn-qavm, did an svn cleanup && svn up on ~svnsvn/src/svn
(which is the working copy where the merges are performed by the cron job)
and run the cron job command manually - the expected backports were merged
as expected (see below and r19362226).
