The same patch (in unidiff form) was attached here: <https://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/subversion-users/202003.mbox/%3C3a2e390ec51c4a3c82a9755c20aa852d%40hikvision.com%3E>.  It applies to trunk cleanly (offset, but no fuzz).
