The RapidSVN repository has moved from its old home on 
http://svn.collab.net/repos/rapidsvn to 
http://rapidsvn.tigris.org/svn/rapidsvn.

Please get a new working copy from the new url or use the "svn switch 
--relocate" command:

svn switch --relocate http://svn.collab.net/repos/rapidsvn/trunk \
http://rapidsvn.tigris.org/svn/rapidsvn/trunk
