Announce: PySVN 1.7.1 - binary kits built against SVN 1.5.6 and SVN 1.6.5

The kits have been built against SVN 1.5.6 and SVN 1.6.5 releases
for python 2.6 and 3.1.

This release include:
* bug fixes for reported issues
* fix problem build against svn 1.4.x
* Add commit_info_style to control how pysvn returns commit info
