Bug Report for Rapid SVN 0.12

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am using Rapid SVN for quite a long time now mainly because I am really
happy with its simple, efficient to use interface. Nonetheless, I believe
that there are still some small bugs in the program that can be easily
solved to improve the program even more.

Operating System: Windows Vista 32, English

1)

Look at the attached picture. While my windows language is English (to be
set in the "Keyboard and Languages" tab) Rapid SVN is in German because of
the German Formats used (see Wrong Language.PNG). Actually, the language of
RapidSVN should not depend on the windows formats used, but on the language.

2)

When right clicking on a bookmark for the first time, sometimes the update
and commit entries do not show up (see WrongMenu.png). Left clicking on the
plus sign or in the right plane and then left clicking again on the same
bookmark lets them appear. Really strange.

3)
Bookmarks have plus signs on their left, even if there is no subdirectory
that can be expanded.
