I've implemented a GUI for this on the default (unstable) branch of
TortoiseHg (expected to be released with TortoiseHg 1.1 on July 1st).

TortoiseOverlays 1.1.0 is in our stable branch now (will be released
with TortoiseHg 1.0.1 on April 1st).
