Announce: PySVN 1.7.5 - binary kits built against SVN 1.6.15

The kits have been built against SVN 1.6.15 release
for python 2.6, 2.7 and 3.1.

This release include:
* bug fixes for reported issues
* On Mac OS X it is now possible to install pysvn kits for multiple versions of python
* New binary kit for Apple's Python 2.6 on Mac OS X 10.6, 32 and 64 bit
* New binary kit for Python.org's Python 2.7 on Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6, 32 and 64 bit
