[feature request] parent directory on the list of files

Hi!

I started using rapidsvn and noticed one thing that I thought is
useful and hopefully easy to implement. When a folder is selected, a
list of files and directories are shown. One of the directories shown
is '.' which does nothing (since it's the directory itself). Maybe
this should be removed? However, the file '..' (parent directory) does
not show up which would be very useful to easily move to parent
directory.
