This was a bad decision. You can do editing when everybody fork the
project, but that has bad consequences, which all affect project
image. As a result of insufficient preparation there are a couple of
large files like vc9redist__x86.exe that increase repository size.

Next time, please, create build scripts and do checks against:
1. Large files in history
2. Dead branches

I hope SCons changes will never be committed as premature and untested
as this conversion was done.
