Searching in Tortoise SVN

1. Hi Guys!
Is there any way in TSVN to search "a single file" out of whole
repository or a single Folder ; specially when Folder contains 500 +
files and we need to search a single file by Name.
PS: From Show Log option it seems good when history is less. When the
history is large ; it takes time and difficult to identify exact
revision out of hundreds.
