Ok solved the problem with revision 7870:
In one of the last revisions an overwritten "TransferDataFromWindow" was introduced
which transferred the selection of the checked files. But since the inherited
base method
was not called the value of the rest of the window didnt get transferred.

* src/commit_dlg.cpp
  (CommitDlg::TransferDataFromWindow): call base method
