There are two things really, both based on eSVN's "remote copy" behaviour.

1) Remote copy has a "to" and "from". The "to" is auto-populated based on the
selection, but you can change it (e.g. if you want to do general management of
the project rather than the trunk/branch relevant to the current working directory)

2) Remote copy has a "URL Wizard" that takes your URL, assumes a standard
"trunk, branches, tags" layout and helps create the correct URL

The first is the primary issue - the current box is just that, a box. It isn't
clear what you're copying* and you've got to type URLs or paths from scratch or
hope you've got something similar in the history (and it isn't obvious that URLs
even work).

The second is more of a "bonus feature" that can be useful in some situations,
but becomes more relevant for a separate "local copy" where you can provide a
file chooser dialog.

I'll attach screenshots to show what eSVN has.

* you assume it is the selection in the left tree, but what if you've got a
selection in the right list? is it order specific, as in what you clicked last?
It's rather vague and unspecified UI behaviour
