The last few weeks of Windows nightly builds, including the one from today (July
17), fail to startup under 64-bit Vista. The installer completes fine, but the
RapidSVN startup error is always this (unicode and ansi both fail):

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Progra...

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

32-bit Windows 7 reports this:

32-bit Windows 2000 works fine for both the unicode and ansi versions.
