Right now if a folder contains modified files/folders this will be indicated
with the color RED (same as for modified files). Would be better if these
folders are in BOLD text (same as for Thunderbird/Mozilla).

Dont indicate modified children in the filelist. This increases the run time and
system load. Indication in the folder browser is sufficient.
