Revision 8027:
Extended the source code to be able to display the revision number. Next comes
the integration into the build scripts.

* src/version.hpp
  (RAPIDSVN_VER_REVISION): conditional define (if its not
    set by the environment)
* src/about_dlg.cpp: if RAPIDSVN_VER_REVISION is set display
  the revision number in addition to the version number
