Removed "isset" from "Status" and "Path" (replaced in a former commit by
"isSet") since the compiler error on HP-UX persisted.

* src/svncpp/path.cpp, src/svncpp/status.cpp, include/svncpp/path.hpp,
include/svncpp/status.hpp: removed "isset"
* src/svnpp/Makefile.am
  (libsvncpp_la_LDFLAGS): updated API version to 3:0:0
