Reported by a user via the web-interface:
I'm using version 0.10 of RapidSVN on Windows, and am running into a problem
configuring an editor -- for some reason the Edit command is using UNIX style
paths (ie. '/' forward slash path separators) for the parameter instead of
Windows style paths (ie. '\' back slash path separators), and my editor chokes
on them.
I'd normally chalk that up to the origins of RapidSVN, except the Execute
command correctly uses the back slash style for the file.
I didn't see anything on this in either the issue tracker or this mailing list,
so I thought I'd write and ask.
