Right now we only get a messsage on how to create the repository. Add a user
interface that asks for the location, checks for existing path (may not exist)
and what kind of repository to create. Then call svnadmin.exe (which has to be
in the same path) with the actual parameters. In the case of Win32 the installed
binary will be called.
