We dont use a class but a module with a single function "CreateMainToolBar".
This issue will be closed after the next successful wxMSW build.

Revision 8078:
* src/Makefile.am, build/...: add the new file main_frame_helper
  to the compilable targets

* src/main_frame.cpp: all toolbar creation moved to src/main_frame_helper.cpp
* src/main_frame_helper.(cpp|hpp): added
