[Issue 187] rapidsvn dies (no error) if disk is full

I checked this issue again with version 0.12.0. Instead of a crash we now get an
error message:
Error: Error while updating filelist (Berkeley DB error for filesystem
'/home/xela/test/testrepos/db' while checkpointing after Berkeley DB transaction:
No space left on device
bdb: write: 0x7fc484f8c350, 85020: No space left on device
bdb: txn_checkpoint: failed to flush the buffer cache: No space left on device)

We didnt FIX this, got FIXED in library libsvn or libdb, but I am going to call
this WORKSFORME now.
