Installed Rapidsvn fine on Linux Mint 7 from the default Mint repository

Program ran but only displayed the tree structure of my local repository, no
files were shown.

After installing subversion-tools from the default Mint repository everything
bust into life and files were displayed OK

Suggest adding subversion-tools to the depandancies
