Right now (as of 0.12/0.13 we have a mix of hand-coded dialogs and ones that are
designed in wxFormBuilder). All the creation code just adds noise to the source
code. So let wxFormBuilder take care of UI creation and concentrate on the
business logic. Move all dialog creation code to wxFormBuilder.
