Accessing folders or files with filenames in UTF-8 (Cyrillic) causes error when
working with bookmarked repository.

Error: Ошибка во время обновления списка файлов (URL
'http://2011.svn/svn/c559/Исходящие%20письма' is malformed or the scheme or host
or path is missing)

All ok with cyrillic filenames while checkout/commit
