Reported by Tim Jackson on the users mailing list:
Hi
A number of Fedora users (including myself, the package maintainer) have
reported problems with RapidSVN crashing on Fedora 17. The version of RapidSVN
is the same, but Subversion has now been bumped to 1.7 so I'm guessing that is
related.
There is more info and backtraces here: (crash in svn_wc_read_kind is common)
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=827102
Also there are several other bug reports in Fedora which look like they are
probably related:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=821856
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=827189
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=831517
This appears to be a crash in libsvn, but the same working copies (in my case
at least) can be manipulated successfully using command line SVN. Does this
look like it could be a RapidSVN bug? Should we be contacting the SVN folks or
might it be something wrong in our build environment/chain?
Many thanks
Tim
This issue already has been fixed thanks to the patch contibuted by Philip
Martin with r8195. Unfortunately this was after the 0.12 release.
