Query on rapidSVN and Citrix

Hi,

Very much appreciate any hand on the below issue,

I am accessing Rapidsvn hosted on a CITRIX server. I am able to add the
Repository URL and checkout a Local Copy.

I am also able to lock the file and when i try to commit the file modified.
I get the following error,

RapidSVN Error:
Error While Performing action: Commit Failed (details below):
can't set access time of <filename.svn-base': Access is denied>
