RapidSVN - [Not Protectively Marked]

Please can you tell me how to specify a local repository on Windows drive?

I've tried:

file://d:/svn/scripts
file:///d:/svn/scripts
file://d/svn/scripts
file://d:/svn

I created the repository using:

svnadmin create d:\svn\scripts
