format in svn

Hi!

We're working with svn 1.4.6 on the server and locally with Eclipse/Subversive 2.1.0.
When I check out projects using subversive, RapidSVN works fine. My problem is that with Subversive I can't really manage deep project structures, so I would prefer using RapidSVN (0.9.8) for that.
When I use RapidSVN to get the data, Subversive won't work, I guess due to the format (9 as opposed to 8 that Subversive uses).
Is there a possibility to have a configuration switch in RapdiSVN to use the older format?
At the moment I just used RapidSVN 0.9.3 for the initial setup (using format 4!), then I can do everything with RapidSVN 0.9.8 and Subversive ... but it would be much easier if RapidSVN would offer a switch in what format to handle the projects.
