Well at least the 0.9.7 nightlies had two binaries, one for subversion 1.4, the other for subversion 1.5. But I think this was removed (and removed from the inno project as well) for 0.9.8 and 0.9.9... Even if it was installed, the second line would overwrite it. I must be misunderstanding the script.
