We have dropped "out-of-the-box" support for Subversion 1.4. This means if you use RapidSVN from the installer you will not be able to use working copies both with RapidSVN 0.10 and Subversion 1.4 clients. But there is an easy workaround for this: copy only rapidsvn_ansi.exe or rapidsvn_unicode.exe to the Subversion bin folder and create a shortcut to this. RapidSVN should pick up the 1.4 Subversion DLLs when it starts.
