rapid svn anf scmbug integration

Hi All,
         I integrated by svn respository with bugzilla by using scmbug.
After integration every check in should have bug id. But rapid svn client
have does not have any provision to enter the bug id.  Because od this I am
unable to check in the code.

         I am using fedora operating system and rapid svn version is
rapidsvn-0.12.0-1.fc11.i586.

         Please let me know is there a way to enter the bug id through rapid
svn client for every check in?
