Re: rapid svn anf scmbug integration

Hey, taken from the documentation of scmbug at
http://files.mkgnu.net/files/scmbug/doc/latest_manual/html-single/manual.html 
all you have to do is enter a commit log message like this:
"bug 30541: Tagged the version that fixes the \
   backwards compatibility problems in the communication \
   protocol." (just an example taken from the scmbug manual)
