I was thinking about it.
So we have two options:
1 show the diff of the changes in the file for the specific revision
(like you stated "svn diff -c <revision> <file>" to diff <file>'s
<revision> against <revision - 1>"
2 show the diff of the file in comparison with the working copy
Solution 1 makes sense but it's not consistent with the behaviour you
get if you dont select a specific file (or the log is visible).
