Add existing repository - disabled URL field

Using RapidSVN 0.12.0 with svn 1.6.6, I have the following problem: When I choose 'Add existing repository' from the Bookmarks menu, the URL field is disabled, so I cannot type an URL and consequently cannot add any repository. How can I enable the URL field?
