Using RapidSVN & TortoiseSVN together

Hi, We recently started using RapidSVN in a team. Some of the team members are finding it difficult to switch to RapidSVN. Is it possible to use RapidSVN & TortoiseSVN on the same SVN repository? Would it cause any kind of conflict in the kind of metadata created or any other conflict?
