SVN Commit error

Hi All, I have just downloaded Rapid SVN and I have updated all of my files from a repository successfully, however when I want to perform a Committ. I get an error message, as per below: "Couldn't determine the absolute path of C:" Could it be a permissions error, I mean I am the administrator on my machine so it should be ok. I am using Windows XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Updates work fine, I am just unable to commit any changes.
