ubuntu package does not install

Tried installing RapidSVN via the Ubuntu Software Center. Appears as though RapidSVN has a dependency on http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/s/subversion/libsvn1_1.6.12dfsg-1ubuntu1.1_i386.deb but this file is no longer present at this URL. Looks like the file libsvn1_1.6.12dfsg-1ubuntu1.2_i386.deb showed up in this directory a couple of days ago and maybe 1.1 was taken down at that time?
