The directory "svn-win32-1.6.16" is already part of the zip, so if you 
extract it to the same directory, e.g. "c:\" everything gets in the 
right place. You dont have to run ANY script for subversion after the 
unpacking. Just set the environment variable and open rapidsvn in visual 
studio and you should be fine.
