Well its not much different from what you are doing already. Instead of extracting the tarball you have to checkout a working copy: svn checkout http://rapidsvn.tigris.org/svn/rapidsvn/trunk c:\rapidsvn If svn isnt in your path you can use c:\svn-win32-1.6.16\bin\svn (or similar).
