Adding a Bookmark Does Not Show Up Unless RapidSVN is Restarted

I'm using RapidSVN under Windows 7. When I try to add a bookmark either through "Add Existing Working Copy...", "Checkout New Working Copy...", or "Add Existing Repository...", the bookmark does not show up. Clicking in the general area of where the bookmark should be has no effect. Clicking "Refresh View" has no effect. After I close and then re-open RapidSVN, the bookmarks show up. This is what it looks like prior to restarting: https://sites.google.com/site/mendayen/home/rapidsvn-no-bookmarks.png Also, after some further testing while writing up this message, I found that I could add new bookmarks after the restart and get instant updates. I then removed all bookmarks and tried to re-add one again. This one failed to show up. It does however show up after a restart. It seems like I'm only having this issue with an empty bookmark list. Am I doing something wrong?
