Thanks for releasing 0.12.1 which fixes it! I've just built it for Fedora:

Just a couple of points:

1. The build failed for me with "error: configuration file svncpp.dox not 
found!"; there seems to be no svncpp documentation in the tarball. I had to 
hack the svncpp Makefile for the Fedora package.

2. The copyright date in the About dialogue is still 2009.
