Cant see lock owner

Hi,
when using RapidSVN I can lock a file and I would see a yellowish lock
on it and Lock owner / comment are properly showed.

But, if someone else locks a file, I have no idea which file is locked
or which user locked it in RapidSVN nor lock owner / comment is filled
in. So I edit a file, try to commit and receive an ugly error saying
user A locked that file, which RapidSVN never showed before in GUI.

So, to summarize, in RapidSVN I cant see a lock by others on files,
just my locks.

To be sure its RapidSVN only issue, I fired up KDESVN and it shows the
file in red with red lock and it says which user locked it!

Platform I use is Kubuntu 12.04 64bit, KDE 4.8.5, RapidSVN from
repository (0.12.0).

Is there a fix for it, workaround..? Because if we cant see each other
locks then its a pretty bad situation. Maybe I am missing out
something, so thanks in advance for any tips / help.
