Thank you Alexander! That solved the issue related to locking. But unfortunately, there is another problem if I turn "Refresh with Update" option while using SSH to access the server. If I am positioned in a root of the project, this feature works as expected. But if I move to the folder where locked file is, it keeps opening popup to enter SSH password over and over again. It never stops, and I need to kill a RapidSVN in the end. Is there a workaround for this, some fix, or maybe even bug report? I couldnt seem to find a bug report to this combo "Refresh with Update" and ssh.
