One of my projects (which is up-to-date) shows as up-to-date in TortoiseSVN, but is marked with * as if indicating that something has changed in two of the subdirectories. The files inside the subdirectories are all marked as up-to-date. If I go to Team->Commit, there are no files listed and needing to be committed. Another odd thing (probably an Eclipse issue rather than Subclipse) is that this is a web app, and the main directory is shown with * (changed); the WEB-INF subdirectory is shown with "?" (unversioned, correctly) and a "lib" subdirectory (also unversioned, correctly) but no "classes" subdirectory at all (which is definitely there, again unversioned).
