I doubt it. There has been hardly any work done on SVNAnt in years and that depth feature came out after development more or less stopped. Perhaps take a look at this Python script? http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/tools/client-side/svn-viewspec.py It will drive the command line based on a configuration file that describes the paths you want to include.
