Opening some files in SVN Repositories is always external

Hi!

I am browsing a SVN repository and opening (doubleclick or right clik / Open) some files tries to open them outside Eclipse (the Windows "Select app top open this file..." dialog appears).

I don't see any option like Open With / Text Editor  that is available in the Project Exporer tree.

The file I tried has a *.pkb filename ending.

Am I missing something or there is no way to open it inside Eclipse (text editor, since it is a text file)?
In that case I suggest adding this option.
