We have two new RAD 8.5 installs at my work that are experiencing the same 
thing.  The install routine fetches 
com.lowagie.itext_1.5.4.v20090305.jar.pack.gz from a mirror.  It then decides 
it doesn't like what it downloaded and gets the same file from a different 
mirror.  It decides it doesn't like the file and repeats the process with a 
different mirror.  It keeps doing this forever.  I let it run for over 12 
hours and it keeps doing this.  We have been experiencing this problem for 
about a week (~9/8/2013 to now 9/13/2013).  This is a huge show stopper for my 
company as well.
