RE: "local edit, incoming delete upon update" after adding to svn:ignore

No, revert deletes local files.

But I did revert one of them, just to test.
Then I immediately closed Eclipse and it complained that the file is missing and will be recreated (it was the .project file).

After opening Eclipse again, none of those files/folders were marked as new/added any more. Even if I did not "do" anything to them.
Strange.
