compare with 2 revision in the history view.

Hi,

if i have 2 revisions 1 and 2 in the history view.

and i want to compare those 2, i select them and press compare

then i get a window where those 2 revisions are selected and i can also
swap them

But what ever i do i don't really get exactly the right behavior.

between those 2 revisions there is a file added in revision 2 and rev 2
 also has a file that had 1 line (1 import statement) removed.

If i compare 1 with 2 then when i select the file that has the line removed
i see a + on the right side (if the line was added instead of removed)
I think this should really be a - because the line is removed (on the left
i see the file on the right it is gone)

The file that was added does have a + symbol in front of it (so that is
correct in my eyes)

If i then compare rev 2 against rev 1 (so i swap it)
then my file with the removed line of code does have a -  (so what i really
want to see)

But now the new file is also a -

So it seems that new files or changed lines in files are always in reverse
of each other.
I am not able to get the right representation. So between the rev 1 and rev
2 a file is added and a line is removed.

Besides that, what is also a bit annoying is that in this view you can't
click on the added files
The weird thing is in both compare windows this fails..


if i compare 2->1 or 1->2 i get a lot of: (so direction doesn't seem to
matter)

    Filesystem has no item
svn: '/development/!svn/rvr/3/trunk/test/newfile.txt' path not found

    Filesystem has no item
svn: '/development/!svn/rvr/1/trunk/test/newfile.txt' path not found


this is also weird, yes rev 1 doesn't have the file. but rev 3? Why does it
ask for a rev that one above the rev that i really ask for?

I think for additions (or removals) it should not ask for it one 1 side
(because there is none) and it should ask for the other side the right
revision.
