I do have JavaHL installed also. That should not make a difference, but I am pointing it out. Also, when installing SVNKit, I was reminded that it also includes a JNA plugin. You do not list that one, and I do not think SVNKit is supposed to have a hard requirement on it, but I thought I would also point that out.
