This shows that JavaHL is installed and working.  I wouldn't bother doing
any more troubleshooting in this area.  You should just assume JavaHL is
fine.

I do not understand what that screenshot is supposed to be showing.  Did
you point at the right one?

You can look in the Eclipse Error Log view to see if anything has been
logged.
